We provide door to door service with the purchase above RM200 & above only for Klang Valley (non inclusive of Weekend & Public Holiday).We will delivery your order within 48 hours of orders receipt and last delivery will be confirm before 11pm every weekdays.

All goods are send cia courier for which of receipt of goods is required.We cannot be held resposible for any loses,liabilities,costs,damages,charges or expenses for late delivery.If you are not available receive the collection on parcel delivery,please contact us(603-42965478) to arrange for redelivery, collect from the courier office or collection from our showroom.
Local Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are determined by total quantity and actual or volumetric weight of products ordered.For delivery within Malaysia, we will select courier based on orders specified parcel weight and delivery location.
The Poslaju below amount is not inclusive of 15% fuel surcharge, 10% handling charges and 6% GST.The Skynet below amount is not inclusive of 15% fuel surcharge, 15% handling charges and 6% GST.Zone 2 - Inclusive of Genting Higland,Cameron Highland,Fraser Hill,Langkawi,Pulau Pangkor,Pulau Ketam & Pulau Timon.
Delivery to Singapore
Free delivery to Singapore with the SGD200 & above by Pos Malaysia’s e-Parcel.
Delivery via Skynet, UPS, and POSLAJU express will be arranged upon request (faster delivery and shipping charge may be higher).These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for any delays due to specific reason from the shipping company.Deliveries lead time are subjected to customs inspection and clearance. tems subjected to customs inspection and/or clearance may incur additional 48 -72 hours.We do not responsible for any custom taxes and duty.
Undeliverable Package
There are several reasons that our carriers deem a package undeliverable.
Incorrect Address
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the shipment(s) will return to us. Do remember, to write a complete and full address in the shipping bill form.
Reject by Recipient
If recipient refuses to accept package, the package(s) will return to us. Do remember to notify recipient (if it is a gift/surprise/etc) after you have made the order.
Courier Mistakes
In rare cases, if the address label became illegible(unreadable) during shipping and handling process, the package(s) will be returned to us.
Unattended Package
Please note that your parcel will be returned to sender if it is unattended for a period time (eg. 14 day for Pos Laju) after you receive notification from carrier provider. A redeliver shipping charges will apply if you require us to send back the item to you.
Guarantee:
In the light of the forgoing you will appreciate we feel confident that we can unequivocally guarantee your total satisfaction with our product and service. Again you should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected (more probably enhanced).
Refunds:
In the event of loss, late delivery or dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a replacement is not acceptable, the goods need not be returned (unless required by Skynet /PosLaju for their investigations) but a full refund will be sent. If initial payment was by Bank In, then the refund will be made back to your Account. If however payment was by cheque, then the refund will be posted to you by cheque promptly. Our major concern is to maintain our happy relationship with you our customer. If the goods ordered were a gift to a third party, the parcel is sent not only with your message but a note (and SAE) asking them (your giftee) to contact us immediately if they feel the goods are not in perfect condition or they believe the postal / courier services may have failed to deliver promptly. We suggest that we will attend to this without any fear of embarrassment to you. We feel this is what you the donor would want us to do on your behalf.
Payment:
Although our customers offer payment at the time of placing their order, it is our policy not to action Credit Cards or cash cheques until the week in which the goods are to be despatched. Many of our customers submit their Christmas Orders in October and their payment therefore, may not be processed for almost eight weeks. Payment online is through our own bank the Royal Bank of Scotland which is totally secure (BS7799 - Code of Practice for Information Security Management).
VAT:
Currently Smoked Scottish salmon is exempt from VAT within the UK. There are some countries where there will be some excise duty due - on the whole most countries do not pursue this on small quantities. When shipping via DHL they will apply whatever duties are applicable and if we know about this beforehand we will inform you - Australia is certainly a country where duties make it impracticable to send smoked Scottish salmon. Any duties payable will be paid by us to DHL. If these have not been taken into consideration at the time of placing your order we will contact you.
